Clarify the Mission

Second year at Rhema is outstanding. With one exception, Dave and I have the same classes during our first term. Dave is in the Pastors group and he finishes his Tuesday/Thursday school day with "Church Planting". I am in the Missions group and finish my Tuesday/Thursday with "Travelling Ministry".

Day one of Travelling Ministry the teacher posed a question: What is your passion? In my seat I felt God nudge me. You need to clarify your mission. Write it down and share it. People can't get get excited about what they don't understand. I started asking quiet questions of the Lord, even as I continued to take notes on the material being given in class. As I asked the Lord answered. Not audibly. Just impressions. In the margin of my notebook I wrote: writing & youth & created purpose.

That's my passion. Young people and adults need to know they are uniquely designed for something great.
You may not be a "youth" anymore, but God has unique purpose for every person. Too many times potential is left untapped because the enemy has convinced the masses that they don't matter. I want to remind you today that YOU MATTER. You may feel ordinary, small and insignificant; but when you live an "ordinary" life for God, you become extraordinary. You are more unique than you realize.

  1. Della that is a good word for the body of Christ and those who still need to meet Jesus. God don't make junk. He made man in His own image and likeness. God made each of us for a purpose and the power in Christ Jesus to fulfill it and all the while enjoy it! God Bless You sweetheart-David Peasel
