Progress!

Progress is being made on all fronts here in Tulsa. It feels like home now that I have my library card! Yes!

Orientation week is almost over and we've been getting blessed during orientation. They're reading the handbook for crying out loud! But God fills hungry hearts and that's what we have. First day of actual classes is this Monday. We're definitely looking forward to that (and also bracing ourselves for a flood)!

Dave was singing a song this morning he learned at JUMP in St. Louis: "Favor makes you go UP, UP!" So true! Yesterday Dave got not one, but TWO jobs. Both of them custom made for him. One in sales and the other as the director of the martial arts program for RBTC/RBC. God set us up! Dave stepped in to a position that was abandoned by someone else. What's that sound?? Oh! I think it's blessings overtaking us!

Mary Kay business is growing as well. Everybody say "s-t-r-e-t-c-h". That's what's happening with me. I'm more naturally inclined to communicate in writing (thus the blog) but my business requires a large amount of phone communication so I embrace the stretching! (And I'll be TALKING to you soon.)
