Della and I went to first day of orientation at Rhema today and the Holy Spirit confirmed to both of us our being down here in Tulsa for Gods call on our lives. A consistant prayer life is a must in order to progress as a believer not to mention fulfilling your God ordained assignment. I believe that Gods Spirit directed me to post what I'm about to write next. Here goes: God takes us through tests and trials in order to teach us to seek Him, to trust Him, to get to Know Him, His trustworthiness. These trials that we encounter leave us with no way out in our own strength even though we will try and try and try. When all the kicking and fussing is over we are a better yielded believer. This is exactly Gods purpose, further more these God ordered trials do multiple things in us and with us. They draw out imputities in our character and produce more Christlikeness and teach us to look to God for help, for instruction, for direction, instead of to ourselves or worldly wisdom. Glory to God!!!! This has been a learning process for me over the last 18yrs that I've been a believer in JESUS CHRIST. Faithful is He Who has begun a good work in me and all those who have recieved JESUS CHRIST. Glory to God, press in press on and stay the course He is faithful!!!
